Me and My Dog is a unique and exciting group session designed to strengthen the bond between you and your dog through fun, interactive games and activities.
In each session, you and your dog will take part in a variety of carefully selected games that are not only enjoyable but also mentally and physically stimulating for your dog. With just 3 dogs per group, this intimate setting ensures a personalized experience for both you and your dog, where the focus is on enjoyment, not formal training.
The activities range from equipment games, scent-based challenges, and sensory puzzles, all designed to provide a rewarding and entertaining alternative to a walk. Whether it’s a rainy day or you’re just looking for something different,
Me and My Dog gives your dog the chance to have fun, burn off energy, and use their brain in a safe and controlled environment.
Each session is run in a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere at our dedicated venue, so you and your dog can fully engage with each other without the distractions of the outside world.
Me and My Dog is for any dog owner who wants to enjoy a fun, interactive experience with their dog in a friendly, group environment. Whether your dog is young or old, energetic or calm, this session caters to all dogs that enjoy play. It’s especially ideal for:
Fun for You and Your Dog: At Me and My Dog, we understand that a happy dog makes a happy owner. The games we play are tailored to engage your dog’s natural instincts while keeping things light and enjoyable for you both.
Mental and Physical Enrichment: Each activity is designed to provide balanced enrichment, ensuring your dog not only has fun but also gets the mental stimulation they need to stay sharp and engaged. Whether it’s a puzzle to solve, an obstacle to navigate, or a scent trail to follow, your dog will love the variety of challenges.
A Great Alternative to Walks: If you’re looking for a fun alternative to daily walks, Me and My Dog is perfect. Whether the weather is too harsh for outdoor activities or you want to switch things up, these sessions give your dog the exercise and stimulation they need without a traditional walk.
Small Group Setting: With only 3 dogs per session, each group is intimate, which means your dog will get the attention they deserve. This setting also helps reduce stress, making it a fantastic option for dogs who may feel overwhelmed in larger classes or busy environments.
Safe and Controlled Environment: All activities take place at our specially designed venue, meaning no off-lead chaos or unpredictable distractions. It’s a safe, enclosed area where your dog can enjoy themselves without any external stressors.
Build Your Dog’s Confidence: Many of the activities at Me and My Dog are designed to gently challenge your dog, helping them build confidence in themselves and their surroundings. From trying new games to solving problems, your dog will come away feeling more self-assured.
Strengthen Your Bond: The best part of Me and My Dog is that it’s not just for the dogs—it’s for you too! The sessions are built around activities that encourage you to interact with your dog, creating opportunities for shared joy, trust, and connection.
Perfect for Dogs of All Ages: Whether you have a playful pup or a senior dog, our activities can be tailored to suit any age or ability. The focus is on fun and enrichment, ensuring that all dogs, regardless of their energy levels, can participate and enjoy themselves.
A Friendly and Supportive Atmosphere: Our sessions are run by experienced trainers who are there to guide you through each activity. It’s a relaxed and welcoming space where you can ask questions, share tips, and enjoy quality time with your dog.

Yes, children are welcome to attend as long as they do not interfere with the other dogs in the session. It's important to keep in mind that the games and activities are designed for the dogs to take part in, and the equipment used during the sessions is not suitable for children to play on. Children must be supervised at all times to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants.
No, Paws and Playtime is designed for all levels, and no prior training experience is required. The focus of the session is on having fun and engaging with your dog through play, so whether you're a first-time dog owner or have years of experience, you and your dog will enjoy the activities together.
Please bring some of your dog’s favourite treats to help keep them motivated during the activities. I also provide treats during the session, but if your dog has any food allergies or intolerances, or if you have concerns about specific foods being in the environment (such as nuts), please let me know in advance, and I can adapt the session accordingly. A favourite toy might be useful for certain games, and don’t forget a lead to guide your dog during the activities. Water will be available, but feel free to bring your own if preferred.
Every dog is different, and while most dogs enjoy the variety of games, it’s normal for some dogs to take time to adjust. If your dog isn’t interested at first, don’t worry! The session is relaxed, and you can try different activities to see what engages your dog. The goal is for you and your dog to have fun, so we’ll take it at your dog’s pace.
Yes, Paws and Playtime sessions are suitable for dogs with a range of temperaments, including reactive or shy dogs. With only 3 dogs per group, the environment is kept calm and controlled to help more reserved or reactive dogs feel comfortable. However, please note that all dogs will be working at the same time during the session. If your dog has extreme reactivity and may struggle with other dogs in close proximity, it might be best to book a 1-2-1 session where they can have sole use of the premises for a more relaxed experience. Feel free to contact me to discuss your dog's specific needs.
Absolutely! Paws and Playtime is designed to be adaptable, and all the activities can be modified to accommodate dogs or humans with physical restrictions, whether due to surgery, injury, or other mobility issues. However, if you feel that being around other dogs might cause overexcitement for your dog (especially during recovery), it might be better to book a 1-2-1 session where your dog can have sole focus and a quieter environment. Feel free to contact me to discuss how we can tailor the session to suit your needs.
Yes, puppies are more than welcome to attend Me and My Dog! The sessions are a great way for young dogs to build confidence, engage in mental and physical stimulation, and enjoy fun games in a safe and controlled environment. Activities can be tailored to suit the energy and needs of puppies, ensuring they have a positive and enjoyable experience.
