Pulling to Perfect
Having a dog that walks nicely on lead isn’t just about making walks easier—it’s about making them enjoyable for both of you. But if your dog pulls like a train, zigzags in every direction, or turns every walk into a battle… you’re definitely not alone.
The Pulling to Perfect course is here to help. No yanking, special harnesses, or complicated techniques—just fun, effective training that actually works in real life.
We use simple, game-based exercises to build connection, focus, and good lead manners, even when there are distractions around. It’s all about helping your dog want to walk beside you—so your lead walks become something you both look forward to. And I’ll be with you every step of the way to guide you through it.
What we cover:
This isn’t about yanking leads, using fancy gadgets, or endless heel drills — it’s about playing fun, engaging games that teach your dog to want to walk nicely by your side.
Through four core games — Training Mode and Leisure Mode, Pressure Point, Loose Lead Link, and Ready Steady Close — your dog will learn how to:
• Walk calmly on a loose lead
• Tune in and match your pace
• Handle distractions without charging ahead
• Understand when it’s time to focus and when it’s time to sniff
We’ll also work through real-life walking challenges like pulling to greet other dogs, stop-start walks, and how to build habits that last beyond the training session.
It’s all designed to turn your walks from a tug-of-war into something relaxed and enjoyable — for both of you.

Snuffle Spot for Dogs Who Pull on the Lead
If walks are more of a workout than a pleasure—or your dog gets so excited the moment the lead goes on that you dread heading out—Snuffle Spot can be the perfect place to pause and reset.
It’s a private indoor enrichment space where your dog can sniff, explore, and relax without the stimulation of the outside world. No pulling, no distractions, no other dogs—just a calm, secure environment where you can both take a breather.
While your dog unwinds, you’ll have the chance to chat with me, ask questions, and talk through what’s going on. If you’re thinking about joining the Pulling to Perfect course but aren’t sure where to start, Snuffle Spot is a great low-pressure way to begin the journey.
