How many Snuffle Spot visits are included?

Your VIP membership includes two Snuffle Spot visits every billing month.

Your billing month starts on the date your membership payment is taken, rather than following the calendar month.

Your visits must be used within that billing month and can’t be carried forward or refunded.

Can I choose between Montrose and Damside?

Yes. You can use your visits at Snuffle Spot Montrose, Snuffle Spot Damside, or a mixture of both — whichever works best for you and your dog.

All sessions are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.

How does the one-dog membership work?

Your one-dog membership gives you two Snuffle Spot visits per billing month for one dog at a time.

It isn’t tied to one particular dog. If you have more than one dog in your household, you can choose which dog comes along for each visit.

For example, one dog could have your first visit of the month and a different dog could have your second.

How does the two-dog membership work?

Your two-dog membership gives you two Snuffle Spot visits per billing month for two dogs from the same household to attend together.

If you decide to bring only one dog to a session, that’s absolutely fine, but it will still count as one of your two-dog visits. There is no refund, credit, substitution or additional visit if only one dog attends.

Can I carry unused visits over to the next month?

No. Your two visits are there to help make Snuffle Spot a regular part of your dog’s life, so they need to be used within each billing month.

Any visits you don’t use can’t be carried forward, exchanged or refunded.

What happens if I need to cancel or change a Snuffle Spot booking?

Plans change — that’s absolutely fine.

If you cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice, you can reschedule your visit for another available session within the same billing month.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or don’t attend your booked session, that visit will be lost and can’t be rescheduled, carried forward or refunded.

How do I book my Snuffle Spot visits?

You’ll continue to book your Snuffle Spot sessions from the available dates and times at Damside and Montrose.

You’ll receive details of how to use your VIP membership when booking after you join.

VIP membership includes two visits each billing month but doesn’t guarantee a particular date or time, so sessions are always subject to availability.

What is Wags Without Walks?

Wags Without Walks is included in your VIP membership, giving you even more ways to enjoy time with your dog between Snuffle Spot visits.

You’ll have access to a growing library of games and activities to try at home, our online community and our weekly live Zoom sessions.

It’s there to give you ideas when you want them — whether you have five minutes to fill, want to try something new together or simply fancy doing something different with your dog.

Do I have to join the Wags Without Walks Zoom every week?

Not at all.

Come along when it suits you, use the activity library when you need inspiration, join in with the community or simply dip in and out.

Your Wags Without Walks membership is there for you to use in whatever way works for you and your dog.

How does the 10% VIP discount work?

While your VIP membership is active, you’ll receive 10% off Laura Carter Canines courses and workshops.

It’s a little extra encouragement to try something new, learn another skill or discover another activity to enjoy with your dog.

Can I ask Laura for advice about my dog?

Absolutely. That’s an important part of being a VIP.

Whether you have a puppy and aren’t quite sure what’s normal, an adolescent who suddenly seems to have their own ideas, an adult dog whose needs are changing, or a senior who needs life adapted a little, you’ll have a dog trainer you know and trust to turn to for ideas, advice and support.

Is the VIP Club suitable for puppies and older dogs?

Yes. Snuffle Spot and Wags Without Walks can both be adapted to suit dogs at different ages and stages of life.

From curious puppies to senior dogs who may need gentler ways to stay interested and engaged, there are plenty of opportunities to sniff, explore, think and have fun.

Is there a joining fee or minimum contract?

No. There is no joining fee and no minimum contract.

Your membership runs monthly and continues until you choose to cancel.

Can I cancel my VIP membership?

Yes. You can cancel your membership at any time to prevent your next monthly payment being taken.

Membership payments already made are non-refundable, including if you haven’t used some or all of your Snuffle Spot visits for that billing month.

Your membership benefits, including Wags Without Walks, will end when your paid membership period finishes.
